We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the American Heart Association. Our software is designed to work alongside AHA programs but is an independent third-party tool.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The Subscriber organization is responsible for ensuring all Users comply with these Terms.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new Subscribers. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your complete payment information on our servers.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
